Peach/Meat Protector Paper

This paper has been specially formulated to reduce the effect of the atmosphere around the red meat after it's been cut. Meat placed on peach paper will retain blood and juices which improve both appearance and shelf life. Available in sheet form in white or peach @ 65gsm.
